The Signature Superior rooms are on some 20 sqm. Recently renovated, these rooms have a contemporary style, respectful of the hotel's historic character with each room featuring wood floors. Most rooms have windows overlooking either Piazza Italia or the lush Umbrian hills, whilst the bathrooms boast stunning marble washbasins, bronze inserts and a large walk-in shower.

The room rate includes access to the Sina Wellness Club which has a fitness corner with Technogym equipment, an indoor swimming pool with a Jacuzzi, a Sauna and a Turkish bath.
